Alex Kofi Osei-Owusu, Esq.

Chief Partner

Admitted to the Bar in 2002. Alex Kofi Osei-Owusu, B.Sc. (Hons.), MBA, Barrister-at-Law, graduated from the University of Ghana in 1993 in Business Administration in Banking & Finance and later in 2002 with an MBA. He was called to the Bar after a two year qualifying preliminary law certificate and professional law course at the Ghana School of Law.

Nichloas Freduah Kwarteng has published articles in many international journals.Two of the books is being used by law schools in Ghana.

Oheneba Adusei-Poku, Esq.

Oheneba was admitted to the Bar in 2012 after his professional law course at the Ghana School of Law.

Precious was admitted to the Bar in 2015 after pursuing her professional law course at the Ghana School of Law. She had also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and subsequently a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Ghana.

Lilian Geraldo, LL.B. (GH), Barrister-at-Law, was admitted to the Bar in 2018 and joined our firm thereafter. Already a fantastic and efficient advocate, Miss Li graduated with her bachelor of Laws from the University of Ghana in 2016 and proceeded for her professional law course at the Ghana School of Law.

Paa has been a member of the Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn in the United Kingdom and admitted as a member of the Bar of England and Wales in 2019. In 2021 he was admitted as a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Definitely one of the most authoritative Tax Consultants in the country at the moment, Fred first obtained his Diploma in Accounting at the Ho Polytechnic in 2004 and qualified as an Auditor. In 2006 he became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He obtained an MBA in Finance at Coventry University in the UK in 2012.
