Paa has been a member of the Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn in the United Kingdom and admitted as a member of the Bar of England and Wales in 2019. In 2021 he was admitted as a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Paa comes with a solid academic background in various areas in law with has a wide network of international academic lawyers and practitioners. His special areas of practice among others include Corporate and Commercial Law, Arbitration, International Finance and Banking law, Litigation.
