Alex Kofi Osei-Owusu, Esq.

Chief Partner

Admitted to the Bar in 2002. Alex Kofi Osei-Owusu, B.Sc. (Hons.), MBA, Barrister-at-Law, graduated from the University of Ghana in 1993 in Business Administration in Banking & Finance and later in 2002 with an MBA. He was called to the Bar after a two year qualifying preliminary law certificate and professional law course at the Ghana School of Law.

Nichloas Freduah Kwarteng has published articles in many international journals.Two of the books is being used by law schools in Ghana.

Oheneba Adusei-Poku, Esq.

Oheneba was admitted to the Bar in 2012 after his professional law course at the Ghana School of Law.

Precious Boakye-Mensah, Esq.

Precious was admitted to the Bar in 2015 after pursuing her professional law course at the Ghana School of Law. She had also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and subsequently a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Ghana.

Daniel Amankwah, B.A. (Hons.), LL.B. (UK), Barrister-at-Law, was admitted to the Bar in 2018 and has already proven himself to be a very efficient advocate with us.

Prince Oteng Agyei, Esq.

More Admitted to the Bar in 2019, Prince has since been our Associate after the successful completion of his pupillage. Before his call to the Bar, he graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science And Technology with honours in Bachelor of Laws before proceeding to read law at the Ghana School of Law for his call to the Bar.

Paa Kwesi Kudoadzi, Esq.

Paa has been a member of the Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn in the United Kingdom and admitted as a member of the Bar of England and Wales in 2019. In 2021 he was admitted as a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Richard Frimpong Oppong is a Professor of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto. He is a Fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences, a Member of the Royal Society of Canada’s College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists, and an Associate Member of the International Academy of Comparative Law. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2003.
